A 24-hour rental starts the moment you receive the machine and ends exactly 24 hours later. A weekend rental usually starts on Friday and ends Monday morning — the exact time is agreed when your booking is confirmed.
If the machine isn't returned on time, an extra day fee applies for each additional day it's late (see the equipment price list above). If you already know you'll want to extend the rental, you can note it right away in the "Extra days" field of the booking form.
A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge, provided it's done in good time before the agreed pickup. We confirm the exact cancellation conditions when your booking is made.
The machine must be returned clean and in working order. If it's returned dirty or damaged, an extra cleaning or repair fee may apply.
The deposit is refunded in full if the machine is returned in working order and with all accessories. In case of damage, repair or replacement costs are deducted from the deposit.
Yes, all listed prices are final and include VAT — no extra, unexpected charges when your booking is confirmed.
A cleaning service's price covers more than the machine — it also covers labour hours, travel and the company's margin.
A professional cleaner also has to cover travel time, labour hours and expertise — that's most of a service bill.
When you rent the equipment, you're only paying for its time — you do your own work, so the price is significantly lower.
In a single rental you can clean multiple surfaces or combine several machines — a service visit usually only covers one job.
