Effective from: 1 January 2026
These terms govern the rental of the Kärcher Puzzi 8/1 washer-vacuum offered by iztiripats.lv. By booking the machine through the form on our website, you agree to these terms.
We provide equipment rental — not a full-service cleaning service. The customer carries out the cleaning themselves, using the rented machine, the cleaning solution included in the rental, and the enclosed instructions.
The Kärcher Puzzi 8/1 rental includes 100 g of cleaning solution. An additional 100 g portion can be added in the booking form for €4. Dose the cleaning solution according to the manufacturer's instructions and the required amount of water — precise proportions are given in the enclosed instructions for use.
The rental period begins the moment the customer receives the machine (in person or by delivery) and ends at the agreed return time. Available periods: 24 hours, a weekend (Friday–Monday), or a longer period by agreement.
Current prices are available on our prices page. All listed prices include VAT. Payment is made at the time of pickup, unless otherwise agreed.
A refundable deposit is charged for each rental, with the amount depending on the equipment — from €100 to €300. The current deposit amount for each machine is listed on our prices page and on the relevant equipment's information page. The deposit is refunded in full if the machine is returned on time, in working order, clean, and complete with all accessories.
If the machine is not returned at the agreed time, an additional daily fee applies for each day the return is late — the amount depends on the equipment (approximately €8–€13/day; the exact amount is listed on our prices page). If you already know in advance that you would like to extend the rental, you can indicate this directly in the booking form.
A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if done in good time before the agreed pickup time. In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, a partial withholding of the deposit may be applied.
Before returning the machine, the customer undertakes to empty and rinse out its tanks, hose and nozzle (where applicable to that specific machine). If the machine is returned unrinsed or dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be applied, which is deducted from the deposit.
The customer is responsible for the correct and careful use of the machine in accordance with the enclosed instructions. In the event of damage resulting from incorrect use, the cost of repair or replacement is deducted from the deposit. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the customer undertakes to cover the difference.
The Kärcher Puzzi 8/1 washer-vacuum is designed for cleaning fabric surfaces (sofas, carpets, mattresses, car textile interiors). It is not suitable for cleaning leather, suede, Alcantara, silk, jute, sisal, or other delicate materials. The customer is liable for any damage to such materials resulting from cleaning them with the rented machine contrary to the instructions provided. For all other equipment, the surface and material restrictions stated in that machine's own usage instructions apply.
Delivery and collection in Riga costs €10. Delivery and collection within a 50 km radius of Riga costs €20. If the customer picks up and returns the machine themselves at an agreed location in Riga, delivery is free of charge. We confirm the exact delivery time at the time of booking.
