• First clear the surface of loose dust and dirt
• Fill the machine with the manufacturer-specified water and wait for it to fully heat up
• Use the concentrator nozzle or round brush directly on the grout
• Work in small sections and let the steam act for a few seconds
• Wipe away the loosened dirt with a microfibre cloth
